This 4 week immersion course is packed full of information to help you start breath work practice and understand why these tools are so important in self management and self regulation. This course is designed to jumpstart and guide you through starting a meditation and pranayama practice at home! If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or even a bit out of control I invite you to give this course a try! You will learn to quiet the mind, take control of the breath, leave the fight or flight stage and begin a practice that allows you to turn off the endless mind chatter and connect within. You will also learn how to shift your mindset and build a life you always imagined. Together, we will establish a safe and short home practice that you can do daily to help you grow your practice and experience all the physical and mental benefits of a breath work practice.
